Account Information

How do I activate my account?
New employees will receive a welcome email from BenefitME within 7 business days of receiving advice from Sodexo.

  1. Download the app from your Apple App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, search for “BenefitME”
  2. Enter your Employee ID for first-time registration.
  3. Create your account by following the prompts. Use a personal email and choose a secure password and PIN for the app; Face ID is also accepted.

Where can I find my Employee ID to register for the app? 
Go to your latest Sodexo payslip or 'My Profile' option on your Success Factors mobile app or desktop.

I have multiple Employee IDs. Which should I use to register for the app?

  1. If you have a full-time & casual Employee ID, then use your full-time Employee ID
  2. If you have an SAP & Micropay Employee ID, then use your SAP Employee ID
  3. If you have two Employee IDs in the same payroll system, use your first Employee ID issued to you

How can I change my account information? 
To change your account information, log in to your account, select ‘My account’ at the top of the page and make changes as required. Once all of the changes have been made, please click submit to ensure the changes are saved.

I’ve forgotten my password- What should I do? 
To reset your password, click on ‘forgot your password’ on the login page and enter your username and email address. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

BenefitME Mobile App

What kind of mobile device do I need to install the app? 
Any smartphone or mobile devices from recent years are compatible with the BenefitME App. For iOS devices, you need at least iOS 9.0 version.

How much data do I need to download the app? 
The BenefitME mobile app is compact in size. You only need about 50-60 MB to download the app. Download the app when you’re on Wi-Fi or a hotspot available so you don’t use your data.

Who can use the app? 
The app is available to all Sodexo employees across the business in Australia (such as Full-time, Part-time and casual employees). Note that this does not include contractors and agency staff, as the app authentication is based on Sodexo Payroll data.

Is it mandatory to download the app? 
No, it’s not mandatory, but it is a great tool to help employees stay up to date with relevant Sodexo employee benefits and access a wide range of deals and discounts from the biggest brands; to shop and save all year round.

Can I use the app while on shift / on company time? 
Yes, as long as it doesn’t interfere with their work and SLAs, you can use it during work or breaks like you would use the internet.

BenefitME Website

What browsers are compatible with the website? 
The new BenefitME website works best on Internet Explorer 9.0 and above, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
However, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or below, you may find that some features of the website do not perform at the optimum. This is mainly due to some features of the website not being supported by some of the older browsers.

Category and state-based searches:  These searches are based on javascript, which is not supported on IE8 or below and hence do not return any searches.

Advanced websites:  Some websites – such as The Iconic, do not display correctly on some of the older browsers.

Pop-up features:  Depending on the browser settings at your company, some pop-ups may not work.

Can I access the website from home? 
Yes. You can access the site from anywhere with internet access.

Notifications

How do I know about special offers? 
The BenefitME e-news will be sent to subscribers regularly and feature special offers for you to enjoy.

Can I opt-out or unsubscribe from BenefitME emails? 
You can opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving BenefitME emails via instructions contained in our emails or through the BenefitME website.

Shopping cart and Payments

When I purchase an item, what will appear on my bank statement? 
The purchases on your bank/credit card statement will appear under 'Pegasus Group Australia Balaclava Aus'.

How do I track orders and payments? 
When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your sales order number. Please allow for 3-4 business for the despatch of your orders.

How do I place an order online? 
To purchase online, select the category you would like to shop. Once you have found the item you want to purchase, select it and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, select checkout at the top of the screen and follow the directions.

What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept all payments via PayPal. You may choose to pay using your PayPal account or express check out using your Visa or Mastercard.

Ceasing Employment

What happens to my member access if I cease my employment with Sodexo? 
If your employment ceases, your member access is deregistered within 7 days of receiving advice from Sodexo. Your Gift Card purchases are valid for up to 3 years; you can still use them even after your employment ceases. Cash Back dollars will be forfeited if not used within 7 days of the date you ceased employment with Sodexo.

Sodexo will only use the information we collect about you for two purposes: to facilitate your access to Sodexo communications and to create a more personalised experience via the app. Your personal data is never shared with any other third parties.
